Saying farewell at the crematory

There is a designated room in the animal crematorium for you to say a quiet farewell to your deceased friend.

Take your time for a final kiss, a last hug. You can leave a drawing, a letter, some flowers, or the favorite toy. What matters most is finding closure and letting go of your pet in a way that feels right for you. Our compassionate team is here to answer all your questions about the cremation process and to introduce you to
our wide range of ash containers.

To ensure that other guests can grieve in peace, we kindly ask you to refrain from spontaneous visits. You are welcome to announce your visit by phone or through our contact form.

Order to cremate

Has your animal died at the veterinarian, it is enough if you communicate your wish to cremate at Dicentra to your veterinarian. Your veterinarian will guide you and arrange everything for you, if you wish. Of course you can also order us as a private person. Give us a call to discuss all the details.
